This policy explains what personal data Noormenaa collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. We are based in Dubai and apply the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where you contact us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR also apply.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and the message you write to us.
Direct correspondence: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Technical data: when you visit the site our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and timestamps in server logs, which are needed to deliver the site securely.
Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure how fast pages load. They are cookieless and do not identify you personally; page-view statistics are collected only if you accept analytics in the cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not process special categories of personal data through this site.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement — on the basis of your consent and, where we go on to work together, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To run, secure and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe and reliable site.
To measure how the site is used and how it performs, with your consent for usage statistics.
To comply with legal obligations that apply to us in the UAE.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our instructions: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), transactional email delivery for the contact form, and the business tools we use to manage enquiries and projects. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only for the service they provide us.
Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards recognised under the UAE PDPL and, for EU/UK data, on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case the data becomes part of our client records and is kept for the duration of the relationship and the retention periods required by UAE law.
Server logs: up to 90 days.
Consent choices for cookies: 12 months, stored on your device.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that already took place).
To exercise any of these rights write to info@noormenaa.com. We answer within the timeframes the applicable law sets. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or, for EU/UK residents, with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiries is restricted to the people who need it to answer you. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. This version was published on 24 September 2026.
